The state of health is good and allows it to the courses, seminars or workshops to participate.
The manager will be informed about special physical or mental/psychological difficulties, as well as an existing pregnancy.
Touching/body work between the leader and the participants can be part of it. If you do not want to be touched or if the touch is uncomfortable, tell the manager.
Yoga and physical exercises can lead to injuries if the exercises are not performed according to the instructions of the teacher or if the practitioner does not respect their physical capacity and limits.
Sangha disclaims all responsibility and liability for any complaint or injury of any kind related to the visit of Yoga, seminars, workshops, massages, retreats, training or coaching at sangha occur, off.
sangha assumes no liability for lost or stolen valuables. Sangha reserves the right to adjust seminar times if necessary.
Breathwork and Holotropic Breathwork
is only suitable for adults who are physically and mentally healthy and stable.

Participation is always at your own risk.
The following exclusion criteria apply:

If an appointment cannot be kept, the ticket expires. Purchased tickets are personal and non-transferrable. Tickets cannot be refunded. If Sangha has to cancel an appointment due to force majeure, there is no right to a refund of the ticket price.
Single Sessions:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full price applies. Before that, a processing fee of 50.00 will be charged.
Data protection
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We also collect the IP (Internet Protocol) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; Registration; E-mail address; Password; Computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including the time it takes to load a website (Page Response Time), the length of time visitors stay on certain pages, page interaction information and Methods used to fetch the page. We also collect personally identifiable information; Payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, we collect the personal information that you provide to us. Your personal data will only be used for the reasons stated above.
